These terms are an agreement between PLATINUM TRAVEL INC. ("we", "us"), the operator of HostHub, and the person or company that creates an account ("you", "the Customer"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
本条款是 HostHub 的运营方 PLATINUM TRAVEL INC.（“我们”）与注册账号的个人或公司（“你”“客户”）之间的协议。创建账号或使用本服务即表示你接受本条款。
"The service" means the HostHub software available at https://hosthub.tungstenasset.com, including its web application, APIs and mobile app.
“本服务”指位于 https://hosthub.tungstenasset.com 的 HostHub 软件，包括其网页应用、API 与移动端应用。
HostHub is property management software for short-term and long-term rentals. It stores your properties, bookings, guests, tasks, documents and messages, synchronises calendars with channels you connect, and provides reporting, contracts and pricing tools.
HostHub 是面向短租与长租的房产管理软件。它存储你的房源、订单、房客、任务、文件与消息，与你接入的渠道同步日历，并提供报表、合同与定价工具。
We may add, change or remove features. If a change removes a feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app.
我们可能新增、修改或移除功能。若某项变更会移除你依赖的功能，我们会通过邮件或应用内提前合理告知。
Everything you put into HostHub stays yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
你存入 HostHub 的一切仍归你所有。我们不会出售，也不会用于训练 AI 模型。
Much of it is personal data about your guests, tenants and staff. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor: we act on your instructions. The Data Processing Addendum sets out those terms and forms part of this agreement.
其中大量数据是关于你的房客、租客与员工的个人信息。就该等数据，你是控制者，我们是你的处理者，按你的指示行事。《数据处理附录》约定相关条款，并构成本协议的一部分。
You confirm you have the right to put that data into HostHub and to have us process it, including any consent or notice your local law requires.

We access your data only to run and support the service — for example to investigate a fault you report — and never to browse it.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to others, and will tell you why.
若某账号正在损害本服务或他人，我们可暂停该账号，并会说明原因。
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
付费计划通过 Stripe 按结算页所示周期预先收取，并自动续费直至取消。除另有说明外，价格不含税。
A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
如提供免费试用，试用期结束后将自动转为付费订阅，除非你在此之前取消。
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-periods except where the law requires it.
你可随时取消。取消在你已付费周期结束时生效；除法律另有要求外，我们不退还未使用部分的费用。
If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. After a grace period your account becomes read-only rather than closed: you keep access to your data and can still export it.
若扣款失败，我们会重试并邮件通知你。宽限期过后，账号将转为只读而非关闭：你仍可访问并导出自己的数据。
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.
我们可在至少提前 30 天通知后调整价格，自你的下一个续费周期起生效。
HostHub connects to services you choose, such as Hostex, Airbnb, Stripe and your own email provider. We are not affiliated with them, we do not control them, and this agreement does not cover them — your use of each is governed by its own terms.
HostHub 可接入你自行选择的服务，例如 Hostex、Airbnb、Stripe 以及你自己的邮件服务商。我们与其无关联，也无法控制它们；本协议不涵盖这些服务，你对各服务的使用受其自身条款约束。
When one of them changes, breaks or blocks us, features that depend on it may stop working. We will fix what we can, and we are not liable for their acts or outages.
当上述服务发生变更、故障或对我们作出限制时，依赖其的功能可能失效。我们会尽力修复，但不对其行为或中断承担责任。
Credentials you store for those services — API keys, secret keys — are stored so HostHub can act on your behalf. You may remove them at any time.
你为上述服务保存的凭据（API 密钥、私钥）用于让 HostHub 代你操作。你可随时移除。
We aim to keep the service available and to keep backups, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level under these terms. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Support is by email to platinumtravelca@gmail.com. We answer as promptly as we reasonably can.

We own the software, its design and its brand. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, decompile or create derivative works from it, except where the law says you may.
软件及其设计与品牌归我们所有。在你的账号状态正常期间，你获得非独占、不可转让的使用权。除法律允许外，你不得复制、反编译或据此制作衍生作品。
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any AI-generated suggestion — a price, a message, a parsed note — is correct. You remain responsible for reviewing them before you act.
本服务按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不作任何默示保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权。我们不保证服务不中断或无错误，亦不保证任何 AI 生成的建议（价格、消息、解析结果）正确。你在据此行动前仍须自行复核。
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumers may have rights that these terms cannot remove.
本条款不排除依法不得排除的责任，包括欺诈以及因过失导致的死亡或人身伤害。消费者可能享有本条款无法排除的法定权利。
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost bookings or lost revenue.
在法律允许的范围内，任何一方均不对间接或后果性损失、利润损失、订单损失或收入损失承担责任。
Our total liability arising out of this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from data you put into it that you had no right to.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate for material breach that you do not fix within 30 days of notice, or immediately if required by law.

Closing your account locks it straight away — neither you nor any staff logins under it can sign in — and schedules permanent deletion 7 days later. During those 7 days you can reverse it using the cancellation link we email you at the time; that link is the only way back, precisely because the account is locked.
关闭账号会立即锁定该账号 —— 你和账号下的所有员工登录都无法登录 —— 并在 7 天后永久删除。这 7 天内，你可通过我们当时发送到你邮箱的取消链接撤销；由于账号已锁定，该链接是唯一的撤销方式。
Export your data before you close the account: the export tools are in Settings, and once the account is locked you can no longer reach them.

Closing the account cancels your subscription immediately. We do not refund the remainder of a period you have already paid for, except where the law requires it.

After the 7 days we permanently delete your account: every record and every file you uploaded, including the files themselves in our storage. This cannot be undone, and we will not be able to restore anything — subject only to backups that expire on their own cycle and to records we must keep by law. We email you when it is done.
7 天后我们将永久删除你的账号：全部记录和你上传的全部文件，包括存储中的文件本身。此操作不可撤销，我们也无法恢复任何内容 —— 仅备份按其自身周期自然过期、以及法律要求保留的记录除外。删除完成后我们会邮件通知你。
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after they take effect, you accept them; if you do not, you may cancel.
我们可能更新本条款。对于实质性变更，我们将通过邮件或应用内至少提前 30 天通知。变更生效后你继续使用即视为接受；如不接受，你可取消订阅。
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes will be heard by the courts of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you a different forum, that law prevails.
本协议适用 British Columbia, Canada 法律，争议由 British Columbia, Canada 法院管辖，不适用冲突法规则。如强制性的当地消费者法律赋予你其他管辖地，则以该法律为准。
